There is no raw restaurant like this in the U.S. The food is beautifully and deliciously prepared - and the ingredients are exceptionally high quality. I prepare raw foods often and could never replicate the quality of Pure Food and Wine - the chefs are masters. Having eaten at raw restaurants (and vegan restaurants with raw options) throughout the country, I can truly say that Pure Food and Wine does it best.

This restaurant is for special occasions or those who can afford luxury more often. I would eat here every week if I lived in Manhattan. Please franchise to the west coast!

If it weren't for the steep prices I would frequent this romantic restaraunt with perfect ambiance.
