Our Experience was Terrible!!! We had a rather large party. We had two stupid waiters we waited 3 hrs be4 being served our food(3hr from the time we were seated) I along with a couple other ppl received our food under cooked(pork) I never send my food back but I do not like under cooked pork. By the time I got my food back everyone else was done. So I asked for the manager and explained the situation to him.I didnt eat the food and didn't receive an apologize from the manager.he onlywill said ihe didnt havrle to paythe for whatthe i didnthave eat when it was time to leave it took the dumb waiters 35 more min to get our checks out to us. By this time everyone was upset and ready to go. So we stood up away from the table. One of the dumb waiters came over screaming at us to return to our seats and heI didnt have toto slit our billsseats like we were kids!!!!!! After all that they handed me my bill that still had my meal and my drinks on it. I told him I didn't eat the food he said to me did u order anything else I said no. After 10min he returns and asked me the same question again I explain to him that I never ordered!!!after ten more min he pulls me to the side and says there's a problem and its with your bill!!!!!! I again explained to him that I never ate the food nor did I order anything what a dumb ass!!! Lovely restaurant dumb ass waiters. B/c of them we never made it up stairs to the lounge!!!!
If you are a white guy, don't wear a hat. Black guys can wear hats. Fedoras and flat brimed hats with the tags still on them are acceptable. Shout determines what a hat is. The food and service sucks also. I will never go there again.
I had an amazing time at Shout on Saturday Night!
Hadn't been there in a while and was very impressed to see the changes in the menu. We ended up having to dine up stairs and even though it was extremely busy our server Regina, went above and beyond! She was so much fun and recommended the jumbo crab cake and rack of lamb. Both were tasty and the drinks were too. Overall the place has done a total 360, even their new D.J. was playing a nice mix. I will be back very soon! If you decide to stop in ask for Regina and have a #2! U won't be disappointed!
We had a terrible experience at Shout. A group of us were in Atlanta for a Bachelorette party and had been to Twist the night before. We had an awesome time there and the food was excellent. So we decided to go to Shout the next night. Can you say TERRIBLE and completely nothing like Twist. We had a 9:00 reservation and were not seated until 9:30, we only were given two menus for 6 people to share because they were out of menus, our beverages took over 20 minutes to arrive, our appetizer breads arrived cold and late, our food was very late arriving only after we asked for a manager, (a table of 10 seated 30 minutes after us was served food before we were) the manager then took 30 minutes to come to our table, and then we were offered a round of shots to make up for the problems (we declined of course)! UNBELIEVABLE! We will never go back to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone else.
Too bad other people had 'horrible' experiences, but I had a blast. Met there with friends, ate the best pizza in the world, danced, had a ball. We went on a Thursday evening and were hanging out upstairs. They played a mix of old school R&B and everyone was just relaxing. Well dressed successful men & women, and the bathrooms were clean w/ an attendant. I will definitely go again... Great views of downtown. A+
This has to take the cake for the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life!!! The waiter Ricky, who was already questionable, had this extremely snappy attitude. The service was ridiculous & slow. They're unclear about their reservation information. If you make reservations & everyone doesn't show, you have to pay $50 per person (for that person not there) In other words, we didn't even need a reservation. Our food was either overcooked, under cooked, too cold or had objects in it. They were constantly messing up the drink orders. Two of the people in our party didnt even get their food until like 10 minutes AFTER we got the tab. Then, we were there for a birthday, and they didn't like the candles for the cake, jus wrapped it up to go like they were kickin us out & they weren't even closing yet. Last but certainly not least, those restrooms....... small, crowded, smelled horrible, weren't cleaned & looked as if they hadn't been cleaned since opening & we were there around 10pm. There was water & tissue all over the floor, unflushed toilets, water all over the sinks, full trash cans & it was to the point there was tissue coming out of the restrooms. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Trust me, you're not missing a thing!!
