We were really impressed by the amazing service Rick Fisher provided us with. He is an excellent and a hardworking individual. Almost five minutes to closing, Rick made us a fresh bowel of salad to go with our order. Not once did he hesitate or seemed rushed!!! He really took his time to make sure we were satisfied with our order. He is an excellent employee and really deserves a raise and an acknowledgment of his hard work, outstanding customer service and for his patience. Thank you Rick for such a pleasant experience, great customer service and for the directions to the restaurant.

We went here after moving in, and were first ones through the door when they opened. They didn't give us the military discount, or offer anything for the kids (high chairs? booster seats?). They had no pizza out for about 15-20 min after opening their doors, and we had to wait around with our kids for food. The staff was not helpful, and didn't seem to care that there was a problem... I hope this has been remedied, but we will not go back to find out. Good luck!
I went to the location in Chesapeake on Sam's Drive on 1/1/2010 and had the best experience i have ever had at Ci Ci's the store was extremely clean and the buffet was completely stocked the whole time i was there and the Manager (Bobby Reed) was the most polite, kind and helpful person i've ever met. We did not even have to get our own drinks because he refilled them for us (my niece, and two nephews were with me). He was playful with the kids and offered to make them any kind of pizza they liked. I was very impressed with how much attention and helpfulness he provided to all the customers. I have already called the corp office to tell them how wonderful my experience was but i also saw this website and wanted to let everyone know how great Ci Ci's is! Keep doing what you're doing. P.S i have already called family members and friends to let them know to get pizza from Ci Ci's (smile)
We went to Cici's Pizza on January 30th, 2009 and Steve the manager was very rude. The buffet was empty and DISTROYED.There was no pizza made.We had to ask for pizza. We ordered a special pizza and it took well over a half hour to be made. When it was brought out it was not cooked correctly. It was doughy. We were questioned about where the sauce should be put on the pizza.Steve threw raw banana peppers on the pizza, instead of having them put on there to cook in with the pizza. The ice tea was not covered at all.Anything could have got into the tea.We both got sick,we both ate the same stuff and was very disappointed with how we were treated, and the looks of the pizza buffet.Apparently this place is either under new management. We were totaly disappointed on how the service was.The manager never came around to see how things were going. If nothing is going to done about this,I will personally contact the Chesapeake Health Department and have this place shut down.Just beware when you go in there if something does not look right then ask for the general manager's number or the district managers number.I did file a complaint with the corporate office of Cici's.Usually this Cici's is the best place to eat if you want really good pizza. We have always went there until now.We were all sick until the next day.
