They have poor service. I called to place an order to go because I had a gift card, I was on hold for more than 40 minutes before someone checked on me. I was so frustrated because it was a lunch break. I then asked for a manager to vent out about the situation. The manager just said sorry and didn't seem really sincere or concerned on the matter and we just kept going back and forth. I even told the manager how ridiculous it was for them to have phones and I could only imagine how many more customers experienced such a long hold or even hung up. Unfortunately, I had a Cheesecake Factory gift card for my birthday, I was so upset even after talking to the manager, I wanted a refund. He refused to do a refund and said he wasn't authorized to give me a refund. I felt he was lying because I know what a manager is capable of. I wanted the refund not because I wanted the cash, but because I could not trust such poor customer service to serve me food, I would just be too pissed to actually enjoy my food. Their food is decent, especially since they have a variety of foods to choose from, that's why I gave it at least two stars for a rating. Other than that, because of this, I will never EVER eat there again.
