Cafe Java, Round Rock

Awesome! The food and staff are simply awesome!

My husband and I loved it. Found it very busy on Sunday morning...duh...maybe others love it too? Anyway...Good food, good people, small town attitude, we've made it our special place.

first impressions are the ONLY impressions.....it was awful with a capital A. My husband and I went in today, he had the special which was chicken fried steak and potatoes. Meat was out of the bag and potatoes were grainy, soft and tasteless. I had soup and sandwich. Soup was out of a vegetable soup can and they called it chicken tortilla soup, even the chicken pieces were questionable. Sandwich was one little piece of turkey meat and cheese. Did I mention it was all luke warm? Will not be returning for a second chance.

A hidden gem of a place in Round Rock. Not a chain! Just nice, diverse menu, clean, and better yet family owned. The Cobb salad was every bit as good as one you get at Calif. Pizza Kitchen. An extra star goes to the spiffy clean bathrooms. Nice waitstaff. Will definitely going back.

Food and coffee were very good. Wait staff was friendly. Just the type of breakfast place I was looking for in Round Rock.

I agree Cafe Java is the bestest little place to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cute, trendy, clean and great staff!
