Beekman Street Bistro, Saratoga Springs

I greatly respect that this Bistro utilizes local ingredients and the menu changes daily. However all the dishes on the menu sound amazing but when executed the food lacks something. I have eaten here several times and it is consistently bland. There are other restaurants in Saratoga that accomplish what Beekman Street Bistro is struggling to do. The food here is overpriced and everything tastes the same.

Excellent use of local seasonal ingredients. Friendly unobstrusive service. Tables are a bit too close together. Menu changes daily.

Creative New American, seasonal foods focused on fresh, local ingredients. Unself-conscious and unpretentious, but simple and quiet elegance in menu and environment. Gracious staff and generally comfortably quiet, except during racing season. The best restaurant in the area.

beekman street is a great place for any occasion or any night. it is in a great location, and though not downtown is very close and very easy to get to. great food and good service.

This is a wonderful restaurant tucked away off of the commotion of Broadway. Their menu is diverse and the food is delicious. It is expensive but worth it!

This is an absolutely amazing restaurant. I've been twice and would recommend it to anyone looking for a classy and delicious dinner. It's in a very cool location in the up and coming arts district of Saratoga Springs, but still in a quiet location. This is for sure a hidden gem of the city. It's a small and intimate environment with exceptional service and knowledgable staff. The only downfall is it is quite expensive, but it is all well worth the price.
