Makino Premium Restaurant, Las Vegas

It was a wonderful experience at Makino. I heard alot about them and now, after my last visit, it is clear that why people love it. Food was excellent, specially sushi. It was well cooked and served nicely. I just want to say, MAKINO IS AWESOME!!! Nice location and good atmosphere.

Innitially, I kinda hesitated because of the in-unifying reviews. But after really trying the restaurant I think its pretty good. Although, they lack the variety of the sushi rolls and salad bar . They use the same canned tuna on several different rolls which is not very creative, but its acceptable for buffet style. They have good crab legs, raw oysters. The food is beautifully displayed. I will be back next time when I am in Las Vegas. If you are a sushi lover, I would recommend you to check out the MINADO SEAFOOD BUFFET whose locations spread over the east side of the country Only. Generally Makino is a not bad restaurant.

This is my family's favorite place to eat. Sushi selections is great, hot food line is great and so is the desert. They used to give a free dinner to bday celebrants now they don't do that anymore which sucks. Still though, we love this place.

All I can say is ... WOW ! The food is great . We go there often and my son loves their udon soup.

Tried this location for the first time. Wow, the food was great! The sushi was very fresh. The cooked food was done well. Their lunch price is an excellent bargain.

We love this restaurant. The price is great for sushi. If you have sushi a la cart, at another restaurant, it can be very expensive. Makino many items to choose from and a lot of choices for those who are not fond of the sashimi (raw) pieces. The food is always fresh and nicely displayed. We eat here often and have never been disappointed.

I would give ths 1,000 stars if I could. i love this place!!!! The store on Rampart (Ft. Apache) and Charleston is better than any of them. The one on Decatur is to small. I never was so impressed with a restaurant. Best prices, best sushi, beautiful restaurant. I recently moved away form las vegas and the only this I miss about it is Makino.

I went to the Makino's in the Premium Outlets and must say that everything was pretty good for buffet food. The sushi was fresh and the hot foods were good although the chicken was a bit dry. The servers are always on the move refilling and cleaning. I'll definitely return on my next trip there.

Makino Gourmet Sushi and Seafood Buffet is the best Japanese Restaurant I have ever been to. It offers all the Nigiri Sushi and Roll Sushi one can eat. Hot entrees include Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Beef and Chicken Teriyaki, Sukiyaki and Japanese Noodles among others. Diners feast on Sashimi, Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Cocktail Shrimp, and Oysters. There are plenty of desserts, too! The place is well-lighted which makes it easy for customers to peruse and choose from the wide selection of dishes. The food is absolutely tasty and flavorful. Indulging in desserts is almost guilt free as they are not too sweet. The servers are attentive and well-mannered which help in the full enjoyment of one's dining experience. Pleasant atmosphere, excellent food, and good service make Makino a must to Las Vegas visitors.
