I would give this 3 1/2 stars if that was an option. The food was really good, the music was wonderful, but the service was the worst I have had in a long time. It wasn't that full, but our waitress pretty much completely ignored us. I won't be back anytime soon.
One of our most enjoyable experiences at Branson. The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent at a great price. The live music was very good and fitting. Service was good - even the cook came to the table to see if my steak was cooked to my satisifaction. Recommend highly
What a pleasure it was to visit this beautiful restaurant! Friends had told me that it was under new ownership, and they have made it even better than it was before. The atmosphere was wonderful--almost like a villa in Europe would be! The service was great as well, but what pleased me the most was the healthy food and tremendous portions. This is not your local hamburger hang-out, but instead a classy, upscale dining experience.
I had been told to expect the service to be quite leisurely, so I should leave plenty of time, but the opposite was true. Even though the restaurant was full, we were served quickly, but without a feeling of being rushed. We also found out that the menu had been expanded so even my husband was pleased with the Roast Beef sandwich. When they brought the desserts, we just started laughing. Not only were they delicious, the pieces of cake were big enough to feed 3 of us.
This is a wonderful family atmosphere, and now has expanded their hours so they are open until 8:00 at night. We were told that they have music Tuesday through Saturday in the evening, so we are returning for dinner our next trip to Branson. The Gardens Restaurant was hard to find in the Shoppes at Branson Meadows, but well worth the effort. We'll certainly be back
Excellent service and the quality of food was amazing. All the desserts were homemade and plenty share. The atmosphere of the restaurant was something like you would not think you would see in Branson, MO. The prices were reasonable. The servers were very personable and friendly. This definitely a must.
I will NEVER return to this facility do to the neglectful staff and overpriced, under quality food.
I have visited the Gardens Cafe Coffe Tea Room in the Branson Meadows Shopping area and will NEVER return.
This was a small, cramped atmosphere with zero customer service skills.
In entering the Cafe we recieved no greeting.
It was around 2:30pm and not busy at all.
We were then ignored.
After being seated our server took at least five minutes to take our drink orders and then another five minutes to bring them to our table.
The food and check took a very long time to recieve, also.
