Description
Just like Spouting Horn in Kaua'i, this place was once the alleged home of a mythical sea monster. According to the legends, this oddly shaped rock was a cave in ancient times, which was the home of a giant octopus. The cave is no more today, but the rock is still believed to be imbued with supernatural qualities. It's situated across from one of the ancient Hawaiian fishponds, on the East End of Moloka'i just past Puko'o.
