Bought a piece in November...STILL WAITING

We had a great visit and purchased two items, one of which needed to be framed. The other arrived after a few weeks, but after nearly two months without any notice, I began attempting to contact the gallery for an update. Only one of four emails have received a response, and when I got someone on the phone I was told the reproduction business had some inexplicable problem that was causing the delay. That would appear to mean we aren't even going to get the actual painting we purchased (also a repro), but another different repro. 4 more weeks passed with no update, and I'm now waiting for a tracking number from the framing shop, supposedly.
It's been 16 weeks and no one can give me a straight answer on when my piece might actually arrive. We love Maui and will certainly be back, but we'll never shop here again.
