Hang Gliding Maui, Hana

My husband I scheduled two hang gliding flights for our trip to Maui. We reserved a date and times on-line via the web site and received a confirmation e-mail confirming the date and times. After we received that confirmation, we booked our hotels and additional activities around that date. A week after receiving the confirmation from Hang Gliding Maui, we received an e-mail from the owner requesting to change the date of our flights to two days before the requested date because he wanted to go on vacation. Unfortunately, due to our additional confirmed reservations having been made around this date, we would have only been able to arrive in Hana one day earlier which I offered. This was, apparently, unacceptable and our reservations were subsequently cancelled. Buyer beware. Do not rely on confirmation from this business. Neither their word nor their e-mail confirmation is a guarantee that you will be flying with them during your vacation.
