I was on the boat that day with me father. We were told to be there at 5:45. We waited at the dock until 6:15 for these people who were late . Fillaly the captian said enough it's not fare to everyone eles that paid and was on time. As we were leaving the dock we never heard people shooting at us. I don't know what this guys problem is but in the really world if your late to your job you get fired. If your late your late because of something you did. So with that said.the fact that you missed the boat IS YOUR fault not B and B scuba. Well in my stay in Maui I got my dive certification tho BnB and I was treated with the out most respected. My diver instructor was very very helpful and made learning how to dive an experience of a life time. My father and I extended are stay in Maui because we wanted to go diven agin. We were so impressed with the rates and survives of b and b that I will make a trip to Maui every year and will always give my business to b and b scuba I give BnB a 10 out of 10 they made my trip!!!!!!!

I don't know why this company has a good review online. I usually don't bother to write a review but I feel it is necessary to warn my fellow divers. First - they are not friendly at all. I've been diving for many years and this is definitely my worst by far. Second - I have a few friends that were supposed to join us on this diving trip to Molokini. They were running less than 5 mins late (its 5:45am) but the boat captain decided not to wait at all and just took off. My friends arrived at the ramp as the boat was about to leave - they were shouting to the boat & boat caption from another company also radio them in but the captain simply chose to ignore them. Later on I've learn that this company has a reputation of leaving people behind (good luck in trying to get your refund - it'll never happened, Brad will just transform & be as rude as you could imagine). Seems like everyone local knows about it but it doesn't shows up anywhere online. Do yourself a favor - go with other company even if it means that it cause you a few bucks more. It's definitely not worth the risk - it could end up ruining your entire vacation. After all, how often you get to come to Maui? These guys should be more considerate!!

We have been visiting Maui each year for over 20 years,we are lucky enough to spend a month on the island. I have 3 kids that dive and have over 140 dives in with B&B Scuba.we now plan our vacation around B&B as its our way to dive and visit our new family(Blessi Brad Stan Bill and crew) see u in July. I am a scuba instructor and I've been diving since 1965. Brad and Blesi run a top notch operation at B&B Scuba. I am comfortable sending them my students or advanced divers. They put a lot of dive leaders in the water consider it's a boat that only takes 12 customers at once. So you can have a brand new diver on the same trip with a very advanced diver. They go overboard making you feel loved. They also don't bug you for tips, most divers will tip them but you won't see a tip jar or hear anything about needing to tip. That's left up to you. Want to be trained on Maui? See B&B. They'll take you from open water diver all the way through rebreather. Amazing operation and since they aren't tied into any "activity" brokers it also happens to be the best value on the island. Al

Stan certified my wife and I. He is an amazing teacher. I drowned when i was 12 and my wife, an avid surfer talked me into getting back into the water. I could not have found a more patient and helpful teacher to help me overcome my fear and learn to dive. we have spent the last 3 trips to maui with B&B and I hope we spend many many more. oh and the cookies are good too. tam and chris

I have over 100 dives on Maui with all the top names. When The Maui Dive Shop wanted to charge my son $400 for a referral for Open Water Diver, which included 4 beach dives, I decided to shop around and got lucky. B& B was a great experience, with relaxed and competent people. I enjoyed the humor and fun aboard. The crew got along and took care of business. Our requests for dives sites and experiences were honored and we were served according to our level of experience for a reasonable price. Only one minor mistake was that my tank was not switched out between dives and I consider that equally my fault for not checking the pressure which I should have as an Assitant Instructor. It was a minor problem though for a novice it could have caused a more serious one. I still give them a great rating.

Right from the beginning B&B did everything possible to ensure I was prepared and comfortable from the first step off the boat to the final certification test. Many thanks to Brad, Billy, Blesi, Stan and Steve for helping a fat old bald guy enjoy the time of my life.

I am a certified diver now, thanks to these guys (Brad, Stan, Steve, Bill and everyone else - you are the best!). They give their every diver a lot of personal attention, so you feel among friends all the time. There's never more than 3-4 divers per guide. I really liked early departures, too. By the time we were leaving Molokini, all the other boats were just coming in, and it looked like the place was going to be VERY crowded shortly. Next time I am on Maui, I know who I am diving with!

There are a lot of good dive operations on Maui, so you have to be a bit special to stand out. B&B do stand out because of the care they take over their customers - they really look after you. Brad is also quite a character - larger than life and with a great sense of humour.

Brad & Blesi and their crew are great! My husband & I did 3 days of diving and had our own dive guide each time. I don't think there were more than 3 people with any one guide! We were the first boat to hit Molokini every morning - so other boats didn't have the chance to scare anything away! The guides dive the area daily, so they know just where to find the most interesting things ....not a boring moment! Sharks, octopus, shrimp "cleaning stations", sea turtles and more fish than I could begin to name! We did a deep dive on the back side of the wall and a great drift dive on the back side. They asked what we wanted to see and made every effort to make it happen! The crew handled all gear set-up as we just enjoyed the ride! We will absolutely be seeing B&B again!!
