The magnificent Hyatt Regency Hotel presents a high-gloss luau every night. The evening starts with a lei greeting, then moves on to demonstrations of various Hawaiian crafts. The featured show of the night is Drums of the Pacific, a Polynesian extravaganza showcasing several talented musicians and dancers. Enjoy a delicious dinner buffet of such island specialties as Kalua Pig and Ulupalakua Beef. An open bar is included in the price.

Too bad this Luau is not beachfront but instead it is off to the side and semi enclosed. Poor choice when you could go to the Royal or the Old Lahaina Luaus instead and and both are beach front with a better show.
