Will discount price to get you in the door, but youll get less than you pay for. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Food doesn't even make it to sub par.... Think yesterdays leftover luau. Very dissappointed. The views are beautiful but, its kauai..... Where isnt it? If your looking for a picturesque experience to remember forever, look elsewhere.

Blue Dolphin Charters was unbeleiveable! The staff truly cares about making your excursion enjoyable! They are by far the most polite, funny and accomodating crew. This is the first review I have ever written and felt that it was important to provide feedback as when you schedule an excursion you have no idea who you are really signing up with and how your service will be. I researched several and selected this one! I am so glad that I did and when the excursion was over I told my husband I would write a review. My husband and I took the 7.5hr trip with scuba diving-unbelievable experience! The crew and captain did everything possible to make a plesant experience. Views of dolphins, sea turtles -felt like swimming in aquarium! Divemasters very attentative underwater-pointing to items. Experience to behold for all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL AGES!!!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and this was the highlight of our trip. Since we're not snorklers, we took the 4 hour sunset dinner cruise to the Na Pali Coast. Capt. Casey and his crew were great. Very knowledgable and informative. The food was good too. Even though the water was calm that night, we were still glad we took dramamine and we recommend you do too. A friend of ours recommended this company to us and we're glad she did. They were great and if you head to Kauai and want a fun and memorable time, book your Na Pali trip with this company.

I've been on lots of different charters and bareboat. This is the best charter of this type that I've been on... usually you get herded onto the boat, go to where you are going, then come back. IF you have any interaction with the Captain or the crew, it is usually very limited. On this charter, the crew were coming around, almost from the beginning of the trip, with soda, snacks, binoculars, etc... They made a special effort to speak with everyone, even two very quiet girls who looked really uncomfortable. The Captain made a beeline for dolphins and spent at least 15 minutes with the dolphins, maneuvering the boat for a better view and explaining their habitat, what to look for... The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, juice, homemade style cinnamon rolls. Afternoon lunch was equally fresh and delicious including homemade chocolate chip cookies and mai tais (I had two and was offered a third!)... The snorkeling was good and the guided tour of the Na Pali coast was excellent. An all around great trip. Costs a little more than the cheap trips, but well worth it...

I think this may be the largest and most powerful catamaran in Kauai. I can't imagine using a smaller boat- as we tossed around in the winter waves. We saw whales, turtles, and the dolphins were almost touchable. They have a really great staff and they worked well as a team and seemed to have fun in the process. They were very professional and helped everyone with their needs. The food was good but not spectacular. Bring your own towels and prepare to get wet even if you are sitting on the 2nd deck. The boat is really nice. I would use them again.
