Anini Beach Park, Hanalei

This is a beautiful beach park like so many in Hawaii. This has expansive grassy areas; both shade and sun for enjoying the water. Snorkeling is good on the other side of the channel. It is a pleasant place to relax, reflect and jsut enjoy a beautiful spot. We had just hiked the Kalaulau trail and had stopped here to swim and relax before going back to our hotel in Kapaa. We had taken off our hking boots and had left them in the sun to dry near where we were sitting. We enjoyed our selves and packed up to leave and got almost back to our hotel and remembered that we had left our hiking boots. we drove back to get them, but........they were gone. I hope whoever took them got as many pleasurable hikes out of them as we had!!!!
