Baraset Barn Restaurant, Stratford Upon Avon

I had eaten in the previous incarnation which was called Pimlicos and vowed never to return, the meal and staff were lousy. So what a surprise it was to visit the much improved and newly owned Baraset Barn. It is hard to describe the interior, suffice to say it is different. Smart, Chic, Relaxing, Tasteful, Trendy and attracts a varying clientelle. This must sound like an advert for the place, I can only sing it's praises. After the rip-off prices and, in my opinion, poor service and not exactly value for money that most restaurants offer in Stratford upon Avon, the Baraset is a breathe of fresh air. They offer an exciting range of food which is cooked to perfection and served with a smiling face from staff who obviously enjoy working there. If you do not feel like eating and just want a drink or a great place to meet friends you are made just as welcome and served with a smile. I have eaten in every restaurant in Stratford over the last 7 years and been in the business myself so I feel qualified to say....I highly recommend this restaurant.
