The Colonnade Bar occupies part of the Theatre Royal (The) near Brighton's Royal Pavilion (The) . A haunt of many thespians, past and present, the bar is packed with theatrical memorabilia. Victorian style decor, lots of old posters, pictures of actors and comfy seats create a cozy setting. Popular with many theatre goers, orders can be placed for interval drinks. Here one finds a good selection of beers, wines and spirits including a so-called friendly ghost.
This is a vey cosy bar indeed, one of those places where all ages feel welcome, the music is always at a level which makes it easy to talk and the service is friendly as well. One of the only places left still selling Mussells and Cockles! If you're with an old friend or on a first date then this place is flawless as it is soooo relaxed and coool!!!
