Karlsson's Garage & Bar, Gothenburg

The bar sometimes dominates the scene a bit too much at Karlson's Garage, but the guests always come first and the food is very inexpensive. The outdoor seating area on the terrace is always full in the summer, because it overlooks busy Linnegatan. The bar is popular and fills up quickly on the weekends, and since the menu has such low prices, the bar guests often have a bite to eat with their beer. There are many different kinds of dishes to choose from. Traditional Swedish cooking, Chicken Tandoori, pasta and fish and chips, just to mention a few. The decor is pub-like, dark with plenty of wooden details. The closest tram stop is Linneplatsen. Trams 1 and 2 stop there, as well as a few buses.
