Aloha Golf Club
This was one of the pioneering courses in Spain, successfully attracting top national and international players and inaugurated in 1975. Javier Arana designed this difficult course with greens surrounded by heavy vegetation and trees. The green is natural, located in the Nueva Andalucia part of the Marbella municipality. You'll also find the Casa Club, a restaurant, and a pro (Andres Jimenez Marquez) who puts his knowledge to practice by teaching the many students who come out to the practice range.
The holes are very varied and interesting and the mountain in the background is a superb feature. Friendly staff, lovely changing rooms, and a great golfing experience.
I recommend going there in summer. Aloha is in the hills and always has a breeze and is rarely too hot. Much less crowded then as well.
