Playa de Calahonda, Marbella

This beach is located half-way between the towns of Marbella and Mijas, and has over 1000 square meters of fine, white sand. It's one of the loveliest beaches on the whole Costa del Sol, as it's so clean and quiet and the water is such a nice color. It's just a few meters from the main road and is very easy to get to. There's a little bar, plus showers and public toilets, a lifeguard service, watchtowers and first aid. Tourists of all nationalities, including both young people and families, tend to come here, especially at weekends.
