I really wasn't expecting much when a friend suggested we eat lunch at the McCall Brewing Company. After all, I don't drink beer, and as a vegetarian, I figured I would get stuck with salad and french fries, the usual vegetarian fare in small town restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised. There were two vegetarian lunch offerings on the menu. I had the hummus wrap minus the cream cheese, and it was excellent. The hummus had just the right amount of lemon, and the vegetables were all fresh. The sandwich came with french fries that had been seasoned with garlic. Super yum! The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and everyone who was drinking beer seemed to be enjoying it. Great experience, and I will eat there again on my next trip.
