For those who like the exotic, there's nothing more out-of-the-ordinary than this restaurant which specialises in Thai cuisine. The only bad point is that it's only open at night, so you can't have lunch here. The decor is spectacular, taking you to the Far East, as if you were in a pagoda full of mysticism. The dishes include all kinds of vegetables and are quite spicy. Do try the noodles, which are quite an experience. The customers include all kinds of people, particularly those in their thirties and the smart set.
Great atmosphere, wonderful food, helpful staff and fair value for money. Consistently good. Not the cheapest of restaurants but for the quality its a fair price. Always busy every night so make a reservation. I've now been three times and every visit is just as good!
We go to this restaurant a lot; well at least 1 or 2 times a month as we just think the green curry is the best. We have been to other Thai restaurant but nothing is to compare.
Also the house red wine is very good and you get a good glass full not like some places that give you a small glass. please if you do go you just have to try the green curry with rice its the best, and you wont go away still feeling hungry. Thanks for reading my text nick + anna 647072861
First of all. This is a small restaurant. It is somewhat pricey compared to "other" asian foods, but that is just how things are. Another drawback is that it is only open from 8pm onwards.
Having said that, the food is just amazing. I read a review using words as "tasteless" and "watery" .. Well I don't know what you compare with, but I love thai-food and hand on my heart, this restaurant beats most places regardless of their price-range.
The staff is polite, the ambiance is contemporary and modern and the food .. well it's worth mentioning again that the food is great.
For anyone new to thai food, I highly recommend starting the meal with the tum yung gai soup. It's one of the several reasons I come back to this place time after time.
We had been told by several people that Sukhothai's cuisine was 'excellent' and 'world-class'. The beef satay was almost tasteless, not marinated and served with a watery mild peanut sauce. About the worst we've eaten anywhere.
The rest of the meal was good. We rated it on a par with our favorite Thai restaurant's in Casablanca, Morocco and Waltham, MA, USA (Erawan of Siam).
Ambiance unpleasant. Crowded, noisy, no elbow room, you listen to the conversations on both sides of you. Almost like eating in a mess hall.
Service good but just on the edge of making you feel that you should hurry to eat and leave so they can seat more guests.
Unless we're dying for Thai food, unlikely to return.
This is a place for those who like grilled hamburgers, BBQ and American cuisine. This unusual restaurant offers all the
taste and style of American ranch food. The decor is perfectly in line with the menu, creating the atmosphere ...
Located on the city's most commercial street, you'll find this cosmopolitan restaurant that offers samples of the most traditional Italian
cuisine, among other dishes. There is an outdoor terrace and a large dining room for informal or business lunches. ...
Lovers of exotic cuisine are in luck, because this is one of the best establishments specializing in Hindu cuisine on
all of the Costa del Sol. The restaurant is decorated with beautiful multi colored cloth with allegoric designs and ...
