Description

Situated in the Kolonnade centre on the outskirts of Pretoria, this is one of the best ice rinks in the city. The arena accommodates more than 300 people and is ideal for both adults and children. There are professional instructors for those who are still new at the sport and from time to time the arena plays host to ice skating championships. Check the website for details of timings which differ from morning to evening.

My first Time

A friend of my told me about the place and I am planning to go there this Saturday on my birthday. Since I was kid I was fascinated about ice skating . Wish to make my little dreams come true this saturday.

COOL AS ICE

Never been on the ice myself, but we (my family and I) go to the Kollonade shopping centre every year, for Christmas shopping. But one day, I Hope to go and do some ice-scaing one day. If it is like skating on wheels, then I will need some practice. One year my sister fell on her skates. Baywatch Dude

Cold as ice

This is just a Ice rink in a B-grade shopping centre – there are 1000 better things to do in Pretoria ! I can not see why anyone older than 6 would want to go. If youﾞre adamant to go to a shopping centre, rather try Menlyn or Brooklyn Malls – better stores, restaurants and environment (no Ice rink though)

I loved it!

The whole expierence was fun. Our children even loved it.The food sucked overall. The restrooms were horrible and nasty! The people who worked there were rude and inconsideret(however you spell that!). They made me want to smack them. There was this one young lady who was actually trying though. I think this would be a great vacation spot. P.S. I don't know how to spell.

Don't be fooled by the 30 degrees outside, its a superiour facility

Living in Europe currently and have yet to come across an ice rink facility like in Pretoria. Olympic size fun!
