West Mall, Singapore

I am sorry but i beg to differ. It is not a shopping mall with good facilities or services. For one, there are wooden doors- between BURGER KING AND GUARDIAN PHARMACY, which needs to be pushed outwards. There have been many a time when i have witnessed people pushing it with force - and injuring the people on the other side who are also entering the mall. Though i have written in to alert west mall nothing has been done. And to do with service, it has many shops and claims to want feedback but no feedback is ever replied to and acted on. Over the years, i have sent several feedback on lapse of service in the shops at west mall - only not to get any reply. Recently, i went to Kopi Roti with a friend -only to be served with bread which was not fresh and to be rudely treated by the server there - who even made crude comments to her colleagues. With such service, i think west mall has a long way to go. Its a mall without much care for service. Shan
