This computer bookstore is a haven for both computer technocrats and those grappling with the technology. It presents a comprehensive inventory ranging from the "For Dummies" series to expert reference guides. Well stocked with IT books and magazines like Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Electronic, there are also titles related to business and accounting. The bookstore is partly organized according to publisher name and subject. If that sounds confusing, just direct your enquiries to the staff. They have a search programme that efficiently locates the book you want within minutes. Alternatively, you may prefer to make your purchases online.
Great bookstore with good variety and stock of the latest books. Prices are reasonable, though we always hope it can be cheaper. Unfortunately, they do not store graphic design books, e.g. Brochure design, Corporate identity design, designing good web sites, etc. It would be the ultimate computer bookstore if it did include computer artistry books.
fantastic collection, i use it like the local branch of Amazon: check it out on amazon and buy it from funan. they stock the books quickly and is friendly to requests as well. the only complain is that they should allow connections to amazon from the store, so that the patrons can check out the reviews on book that they chanced upon in the store. as for staff's service, i think they are outstanding as far as service goes in singapore.
