Description
The restaurant has soft lighting and the tone is set by linen-clad circular tables. Of course, the wow factor here is the 37th-floor city and harbour view. Hai Tien Lo offers a menu with traditional Cantonese dishes such as crispy roast chicken, shark's fin soup and abalone, but these are infused with Western elements. The smoked salmon, for instance, comes with peppercorns and other spices. The wine list is adequate, featuring mainly New World wines. Corkage will set you back SGD25 and SGD50 for wines and hard liquor respectively.
