Kenny Rogers Roasters, Singapore

My family used to love kenny rogers and i'm a big roasted chicken lover. We used to patronise Kenny rogers once a week. Just a few days ago, i ordered my usual quarter chicken at the East Coast Kenny rogers. I was told that i have to wait 2 hours for the chicken unless I settle for the wings portion of the chicken. We got no choice and so we settled for it. The wings portion look v v dry and not succulent at all. It was obvious the meat has been cooked long ago and reheated many times. It was soo dry and awful! I spoke to the manager who does not have any good customer service at all! He didn't manage to do anything for me. (instead he offers me another portion of meat which tasted even worst than this.) He too admitted the chicken was dry but he can't do anything. Really disappointed with Kenny rogers. I guess Cold storage or Carrefour $4.90 roasted chicken taste much better than this any day!.

I was a regular in kenny rogers of the suntec city outlet til recently i shifted jobs to tampines but i couldn't find any outlets nearby do i had to go fot a change on taste wad a pity.

What a waste??? Kenny Roger Restaurant is now missing @ the East side of S'pore. the ads for it still available Now all that lousy food court & restaurants now @ Century Square, Tampines. A great American restaurant place for kids & adult alike. wonder why this particular food chain from M'sia is now lost.
