On the edge of Chinatown, this gaudily painted, small cafe serves a nocturnal crowd of wandering tourists and regular patrons. Billing itself as a "House of Wine", rows of empty wine bottles are lined up above the door entrance as part of the decor. Inside it is dark with barely enough space for half a dozen small tables, compensated only by an unobstructed view of the bustling thoroughfares outside.
