Coco Beach Seafood Paradise
Situated along Pantai Cenang and surrounded by swaying coconut trees, this restaurant is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a scrumptious seafood dinner. The semi-wooden building with its thatched roof conjures a romantic, tropical feeling especially at sunset. Graceful, traditional Malay dancers and musicians entertain diners. The menu features a variety of seafood cooked either Chinese or Thai-style. The fried green mussels (MYR14), fried queen roe crab (MYR24), steamed red snapper (MYR28), grilled lobsters and tiger prawns are some of the specialities. Fresh fruits or wine (upon request) complement the meal.
Good food with many selections. Quite price doesn't matter as big portion served. Easy to park cars. Fast service and staffs are quite friendly. You can see sunset if you are there from 6.30 pm onwards. At night you can see lights from the mountain where cable car is located. Just that music from the sterio was too loud. Otherwise it's a romantic place for casual or romatic dine out.
