Outback Steakhouse, Davie

I think this restaurant is great. We have eaten here about 10 times. The steak is always juicy and tender. My kids love the bread (they eat two loaves each, every visit). The sides are delicious.

I like the Outback Steakhouse, but not this one. As another reviewer experienced, I too was sickened from food poisioning for well over 24 hrs after eating at this one.

I actually think this location is great. I use the curb side service at least twice a month and they are very helpful and always give me extra bread when I ask for it!! I see the other reviews trashing their food, but it's actually quite tasty. I always get the Outback Special, which is plenty of food and a great deal for your money.

The service is pretty good but lately the sizes on the plates are getting smaller and smaller, before when we ordered cheese fries the 4 of us could it from there, know.......only 2!!!! I go there once a week but i'll have to drive all the way to the one in cypress creek and US1 they still give you the same sizes at no extra charge....too bad :(

Took my Mother out for her birthday, she and my Dad love Outback and rave about the fillet mignon. What a huge disappointment! We all ordered the fillet medium and all three arrived overdone and tough, mine even had several pieces of gristle making it the worst steak I've ever had. The manager was apologetic and offered a replacement but it was too late to wait for that. Instead he offered a card for a complimentary order of Blooming Onions on the next visit. No thanks don't need all the saturated fat in those! The rest of my dinner was a disaster as well overly salted potato and veggies drenched in butter. My salad had pieces of discolored iceberg lettuce that should have been thrown out. Hard to believe they just chopped it up and tossed it in the salad. By far one of the worst dinners out in some time. No excuses except poor management and untrained staff.
