For those who like to see and smell excellent quality Japanese beef or seafood prepared and cooked right before your eyes, teppanyaki is a good choice. What better way to open a dialog with the chef than over the grill? A visit to Sagami on the 28th floor of the Sheraton Towers will be satisfying for both seafood and beef lovers.
As a hotel guest at the Sheraton, it was convenient to go upstairs. The set menus range from 10,000 Yen to 25,000 Yen, and even at the lower end were of excellent quality. Service was adequate, and not really up to the price of the food (the restaurant was quiet, so it wasn't as if the number of diners was an issue), and there were some language issues, which I didn't expect dining at the Sheraton. Overall, it was convenient and the food was good, but given the number of local restaurants nearby, which I subsequently visited, this makes it a place to visit if you want convenience, and have a decent expense budget.
