Of Jamaica's golf courses, this is one of the oldest. Built in the 1920s, the lush grounds are surrounded by a suburban neighbourhood reminiscent of "old money". The setting conjures up images of the days of elegance. It has a moderately challenging-Par 70; 6,196 yards course. The clubhouse is a fine place to relax, offering a continental meal or share golf stories over a drink at the bar. The facility also has a well-stocked pro shop, as well as tennis, badminton, squash and swimming facilities.

Greetings and
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/07
I lived in Kingston for two years and played this course at least twice per week, so simple math indicates I have played over 200 rounds. The course is not the best on the island, (play the Ritz Carlton Course in Montego Bay for that) but a wonderful track offering many challening and scenic holes. I also have to say this is an old course with many members having belonged to the club for many many years. What I liked best was the warm welcoming atmosphere, if you plan to play the course, be sure to stop by on a Friday and stay for the Happy Hour. Greeting to all my old golfing buddies. Regards, William Lovell

Not the best
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/07
i like the course because of its easy accesibility to surrounding neighbourhoods, but the course is grass is dry and the greens are not tended to properly also the practice green is terrible, with tons of ciggerate buts and oil spots

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/04/06
I thought this place was absoloutly brilliant. It had free drinks, free food & to top it all off te waiters brought the food to you. It is a truly wonderful spring golf course with good grass & nice trees. Overal i would rate this place a 10/10 & would reccomend it to everyone who likes golf.
