Jimmy Buffet's Air Margueritaville, Montego Bay

I'm 50 yoa and travel a good bit. We were waiting for our departure flight. Jimmy Buffett's Margueritaville is the only place to buy a drink on that entire end of the aiport. I needed something to swallow a pill---$4.00for a small coke in a small plastic cup. I asked the guy was he kidding and his response was a stern that will be 4 dollars sir its already poured up. The only satisfaction was that the joint was empty except for me and two older women looking at the t-shirts. Dear Jimmy Key West will freeze over before I step into another one

We knew this place was expensive going in and avoided the costly drinks ($10 for a theme beer) and costly tee-shirts ($20). Went for lunch and enjoyed an excellent burger ($9.50), fish and chips ($10) a red stripe beer ($3.50 U.S.) and diet coke. The Counch appitizer wasn't too shabby either. Post cards were about $1.25. The venue is obviously for younger people and they really enjoyed it. The DJ's mike volume was way too high but most of the drunks didn't care. Great deck views away from the noise.

one word YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the food was terrible. i dont recommend this dump........................... the shrimp was OK. not the greatest though if u know what i mean it was not an enjoyable experience

Aside from the odd crappy Jimmy Buffet song, this bar is great fun. The bar staff were pretty quick and have a fantastic arsenal of alcohol at their disposal. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit.
