Description

La Costarella gelateria consists of a small windowed room that looks onto the square. If the weather allows, you can sit outside at one of their cafe tables. Wherever you sit, you can enjoy the sights of one of the most famous piazze in Italy (the Piazza del Campo ) while you enjoy an ice cream or sip an aperitif. The menu is light - they only serve ice cream, snacks, sandwiches and fine Chianti.

Good Candy

I enjoyed the candy that I bought there, so much, that I have done everything I can to find more. I checked several stores in Florence, Italy, since that is where our tour group went next. I have been searching on the Internet. Okay, enough about the candy, the store was nice, easy to read prices, good variety. And when you walk in, there is such a delightful atmosphere, you have to stop, look around and take it all in. Going to Sienna? Put this little store on your list, pick up some gifts for back home then, BUY LOTS OF Candy.

Wonderful...It's a lovely corner store, and you turn the corner and head down the hill into the piazza grande. the perfect place to stop before a nice evening walk or hang out in the piazza.
