Arnolfo, Colle di Val d'Elsa

Arnolfo is an excellent restaurant, well worth the trip, even if you do not have other reasons for coming to Colle val D'Elsa. Recently renovated, it is very attractive inside with pleasant furnishings. The service is excellent. The menu encompasses both traditional Tuscan cooking and new-styles of creative cooking based on a deep knowledge of the ingredients. The wine list, typical of this class of restaurant, is sufficient, but not extensive.
