More »The church of Santissima Annunziata was begun in 1566. It has a central body in an elliptic form to which ten radial chapels have been added. The theme of Annunciation is celebrated above the central portal, with a stucco relief from the second half of the 17th Century. The central space in the grand interior is separated from the large choir by a triumphal arch decorated with stucco. The Madonna with Child dates from 1518 and is kept in the apse and is one of the most interesting paintings in the church.
