This is a classic place for anyone who is looking for a good sandwich or a beer. This sandwich bar is in the heart of the centro storico and is popular with young people who come here for a dinner with friends or a sandwich after the cinema. Specialties include the house focaccia, stuffed in many different ways from simple fillings such as ham to more sophisticated, elaborate fillings.
This guy makes his own focaccia bread on the premises and sells the most beautiful sandwiches I've ever eaten. There is another little sandwich place nearby called 'Walter' which makes beautiful burgers (although nothing like a normal burger). Frank Focaccia is a nice guy and the focaccia con mozarella e crudo is great.
