The old cafe was transformed into a wine bar with a kitchen that is the ideal place for gourmets. Located in a side street off the central Via Cavour, it has a small number of tables in a cocoon-like environment and is simply but nicely furnished in an English-college style. It offers customers a good selection of rare Italian and French cheeses, and a selection of carefully selected cold meats (for example, the ham is always rigorously matured for more than 24 months). The wine list is very good, featuring more than 180 labels from Italy and around the world.
