This is a delicatessen-style restaurant open only at midday. It is popular with gourmets who are not content with only a sandwich for lunch. In the heart of the city centre, this is a distinctive place, a food shop with tables at the back. The menu is extremely traditional—pasta with herbs, pumpkin or potatoes and chickpeas to start. For the main course, the diner may choose from a variety of boiled or roasted meats. The desserts are also excellent including zabaglione covered with warm chocolate.

We have been there twice both times we had a great lunch, we had the piedi pigs feet for a starter and it was very good. I had the best mashed potatos I've ever had creamy and tasty. The boiled meats were great. The menu chages but it will please everyone. You nust love food and be willing to try new things, I suggest you call ahead as they are alwas busy. We almost missed t the first time we went. Great pasta's starters vary but all great. Good wine list and great wait people. I've eaten in many places in Italy, This place is fun with great food be open to new things mixed with thee old.
Don't miss it. You'll need to go through the deli store which is the waitibg room before going into the back to sit. Gave fun
