Emerald Gardens, Kilkenny

One out of the three dishes we ordered was bland and when we complained and asked to changed the dish the manager strutted over to our table and demanded to know what was wrong with the dish. When we explained it was bland he said if we were to order another dish we would have to pay for it as well as the origional dish. He took the dish to the kitchen and came back to our table to tell us that he tasted it and found nothing wrong with it and that he sells quite a few of these dishes daily and no one else has ever complained. So obviously our taste buds are not like everyone elses! How arrogant and rude. He left us feeling embarrassed as he made quite a seen at our table. I have never experianced this before and if I wanted a dining experiance like this I would have gone to Mc Donalds, although I dont think the staff there would have been so rude. Take my advice stay away from Emerald Gardens....
