Tiga Puluh Music Bar and Restaurant, Jakarta

I do like this place because of harmonized combination of mordern & refined interior and cheeful pub&live musics. I think that visiting tiga puluh is one of most interesting nightlife in Jakarta

This place has an elevated stage at the centre. There is a life band usually. However, this place also has a reputation as being a pick-up place. If you go there a few times, you will inevitably find many familiar faces. Many of the girls find work there. Most girls there do not pester you, but you will always find a few that does. You can have a few good drinks with friends or alone without being disturb as long as you don't mind people sizing you up all the time. The atmosphere is okay inside the dance area. The area outside the dance area is better, there is a bar table and some sofa where people can sit and shield away from the loud music inside. There is also a pool table where you can play some pool with friends or the staff there.

One of the best Hotel bars in Jakarta, in my humble opinion. Located at Meridien Hotel. The big stage is located in the middle and there's always a good band for live music. The liquor is on the expensive side but then again.. there's always a reason for complaints. Be careful with the ladies because most of them are professionals!
