Pizza was decent. But absolutely inexcusable customer service.

We have been going to Parry's for over 2 years. However, the last 2 pepperoni pizzas we had from Parry's were really salty and bad. The crust absorbed all the sauce and the cheese was dry. We were very disappointed. Is there a new pizza chef at Parry's? We want to have juicy and saucy pizza from Parry's. What happened?

Pretty respectable service considering they're actual New Yorkers originally. Simply great food, I'd recommend the entire menu, even the sandwiches are out of this world (chicken parmigiana yay!) Also, if you like desert - I would definitely definitely get the cannoli. But to address the service concerns - I've been going there a while now, and even when I was broke enough I could hardly pay for my meal. But I treated them with respect and got the same in turn... I've seen them give a hard time to customers, but they are almost always asking for something not on the menu - or wasting time. So if it's your first visit, I'd stand clear back and say that you're looking at the menu and it's your first visit.. But back to what I was saying, I've never had bad service here (quite the opposite!), whether I'm spending just enough for a snack or for a party.

This is an excellent pizza place with great food and great ownership. The New York attitude is in the pizza, the restaurant, and the owner-- you just have to love it! Don't be put off by the supposed gruffness of the owner. Just laugh at it and ask whatever you want to ask. The owners are great, and only are outdone in greatness by the food they make. BTW, be careful. One slice IS ENOUGH to feed an adult male. TRUST ME.

This is the worst PIZZA PLACE on the planet. The service was rude and curt. The owner was pompice and cold, and as rude as they come. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I was pretty shocked finding this place. As soon as you step inside you're reminded of pizza parlors in NYC. Talk about authentic, this place reeks of authenticity. First of all, the slices are the same generous size as those in NY (Nice!!). Second, it's one of the few places in the area to serve pizza by the slice. Thirdly, if you love that whole-in-the-wall NY pizza enviroment, this place is great. Lastly, it delvers where it counts; the taste is excellent. There are a few downsides. First of all this place is in the middle of nowhere, so delivery is a no go if you live in Vallejo. Also, the owner is not a very patient man (pizza-Nazi or typical New Yorker, you decide), so make sure your orders are prompt and to the point when dealing with him. That aside, this place competes very well in taste with Napoli's in Vallejo. If you're on your way to Super Wal-Mart, I-80 or want to try something other than Napoli's, this is the best pizza place around.
