Ramen noodles are an old-time Guam staple, and this long-standing shop offers some of the best. Served in broth with a choice of savory meats (chicken, pork, beef), these noodles should not be confused with the poor substitute sold in plastic packets in American supermarkets. Try the Corn Ramen for a change. Aji Ichi also offers sushi, tempura and other Japanese specialties. For a large meal and a good variety, the bento box specials can't be beat.
