Worth it

Some people lament the price, but when your hard pressed for good sushi-it's worth it. I've suffered attempts at sushi and sashimi to include an experience with frozen, yes still crunchy with the ice crystals, tuna and mackeral you can smell on the way to you from the kitchen.
The food is fresh, as it should be, but as I said previously-some places don't make this a requirement. The display is appealing and they are flexible to cater to your taste.
Sushi Glas has a unique preparation of squid, tear drop cuts instead of the standard lateral slashes, that made this move from the bottom of my list to the top.
I always found a seat during the winter and with the outdoor seating in the summer-it's seemingly unlimited. They are on a limited traffic route so cars are a rare nuisance and there's a public parking structure within a few blocks of the restaurant.
The only draw backs are the appetizer menu, limited, and dessert menu, average. Still tasty and a definite recommend for those in the market for sashimi or sushi.
