Bistro-Cafe Jäschke, Nuremberg

This Bistro-Cafe near the station is a a favourite with the Südstädtler (people who live in Nuremberg South). All of the dishes are freshly prepared and all of the meat comes from local farmers. As far as fruit and vegetables go, the Jäschke only uses organic produce, a lot of which has been bought at the market. At lunchtimes it gets very busy, this being largely due to people from surrounding areas on their lunch break. The vegetable steaks and salmon on spinach will take you to heaven and the freshly made sandwiches are good for a snack between mealtimes. Enjoy!
