Hidden away behind a large arch in the district of Handschuhsheim, this rustic, country restaurant is one of the most atmospheric in town. The lounge is furnished with heavy wooden benches, the terrace with Mediterranean-style seats and vine trees. Meals are served on large ceramic plates, heightening the rural feel. The clientele is made up of a pleasant mix of students, business people and locals who meet up here for a couple of beers in the evening.
