I visited the new location located on 6th and Berendo. It was first time trying the frozen yogurt. I got the green tea and orignal swirled together. Inorder to get that you have to purchase 1 small green and 1 small original, so basically two orders. I was afraid it might be too much but then since everybody in the store was eating the bucket size one I thought I will be ok. When I had that first of the yogurt I instantly thought of YAKULT, the japanese yogurt drink in a small plastic bottle with a red foil on top. I am very familiar with this taste since I drank it while growing up and when I was living in Japan. I still drink it now. It is not all that spectacular like what most people say, it is Yakult, you can get it at the supermarket. I do have to say that the idea of making Yakult into a frozen yogurt is smart. Although I got green tea, I could not taste the green tea, in fact the color was very light, I don't think there is much matcha powder.
Pink Berry's costumers are unconsidered. They double park on the street, block driveways and block the street. Sidewalks look disgusting with yogurt spills, fruit smashed on the sidewalks and empty containers all over the place.
Pink Berry should rename Pink Trashy.
Holy cow! After what seemed forever to find a parking spot, we had seemed to have walked into microcosm of Los Angeles at snack time. First the Yogurt, non fat regular and Green Tea is good, fresh, cold and bland which is why you need the toppings, which were good fresh and plentiful. Second, I come from a family that is polite and patient, but the people of W Hollywood are loud, rude and pushy. The Staff was great for putting up to a line of the Angelenos. However I just can't see my self going back until they get a parking lot.
