Art lovers from all over the world should not miss out on a visit to the Women's Museum. Located in the Art Square the museum was, founded in 1981. As the name indicates, it is exclusively works by female artists and scientists, which are displayed here on this 3000m2 exhibition surface. The exhibitions are mainly concerned with contemporary art, but there are sometimes displays on history and mythology. In addition, the women's museum contains an archive for art history as well as an archive for photos and media. The museum often puts on readings, concerts, talks and theater performances.
