El Cayo, Santiago de Cuba

A walk around Santiago Bay is best finished off by a visit to the headland and the Cayo restaurant. Inside the restaurant the decoration follows a maritime theme and regardless to say there is a good view of the sea. The dining areas are air conditioned and there is also a bar and an outdoor terrace. On the menu expect a fine selection of Cuban and international seafood dishes, including the now famous Mariscada del Cayo, consisting of lobster, shrimps, garfish fillet and shellfish. Beverages include soft drinks and cocktails.
