El Pollo Loco, Los Angeles

This location somehow manages to run out of main menu items (carne asada, chicken tortilla soup, etc.) literally EVERY time I go there, regardless of the time of day, and they will not make more. When they start to run out of a certain item they start skimping big time on the portions to make it stretch. I usually drive out of my way to the next closest location because of this but sometimes that isn't feasible. The service is also quite poor. The employees always have attitudes and they don't voluntarily give you salsa in the drive thru, you have to ask for it, in which they roll their eyes in discontent. I've made complaints to the manager and to corporate which apparently falls on deaf ears. If you have the opportunity, don't waste your time here
